Common improvements:

  • Vague → Specific: "Fast" → "70% faster deployment"
  • Passive → Active: "Projects can be tracked" → "Track every project"
  • Feature → Benefit: "Real-time sync" → "Never lose work to version conflicts"
  • Generic → Differentiated: "Best project management" → "Project management that syncs with your existing tools"
